Our Bakery Staff

 

Lynn – Manager / Cakes – Lynn has been with La Patisserie for eight years. Lynn is responsible for all of our house cakes such as the Peach Melba, Black Forest, and Mocha buttercream. Lynn makes all of our cakes, filling and icings by scratch. Lynn is also a decorator, and produces all of our Yule logs.  If you get a custom or wedding cake from us, Lynn is probably the one who made it for you.   Favorite pastry:  Lemon Raspberry

Shelby is our assistant manager, and has been our decorator and baker for years.  Shelby is amazing at decorating our cookies (she does all of our custom work), and has come up with some of the best themes over the years.  Shelby and Randy normally team up for Christmas to get over 1000 lbs of cookies done in less than a week!    

Tanya – Baker – All of our croissants, cinnamon rolls, and danishes start with Tanya.   These dedicated staffers have the morning shift, and are in waking the ovens up at 4:00 AM, so you can have yummy treats when we open.  Tanya is also responsible for all of our dough, which is made from scratch, proofed and formed into our pastries.   

Mariko – Pastries – Mariko has been with us for about seven years on and off, and assists us in a lot of different items.  She was Mary’s right hand in getting pastries made, makes our cheesecakes. 

ChrisAnn – Pastries – ChrisAnn is our new pastry chef, and is making our swans, napoleons, nuns, eclairs and fruit tarts. 

These individuals makes all of our traditional personal French pastries such as Petit fours, chocolate truffles, and Black Forest, and seasonal favorites like Lemon mousse and the Peppermint Truffle.

Camila – Barista extraordinare – Camila loves to make coffee drinks!  Ask her which pastry would go with your favorite latte, or what a palmier is.
