For those who don’t like the icing on cakes, a naked cake is an option. Usually the decorations pop a bit more, this one was decorated with real fruit. This is actually a tough cake to make, no icing or crumb coats to cover any irregularities. Our staff has perfected this cake. And it’s gorgeous!
We have these guys from time to time, and available for special order. We have done halloween, footballs, and traditional wedding type decorations (chocolate drizzled).
Thanksgiving and Christmas are pie season! We have an assortment of to order pies. Pumpkin, cherry, blueberry, French silk, lemon meringue, traditional apple, salted caramel apple, and pecan.

Our cinnamon rolls are traditional Swedish rolls with real cinnamon and cardamom. All made by hand.
Our sugar cookies have now become legend. They are a cross between a sugar and a shortbread. Our decorations are seasonal, and are topped with colored sugars or dipped in our chocolate and decorated with chocolate. Not icing, but chocolate. I warn people that these are highly addictive, and they are! A not to miss item.
